Withdrawal & Refunds
This page summarises your right of withdrawal and our refund practice for Happi Plus purchases. The complete, legally binding withdrawal policy including the model withdrawal form can be found in Section 6 of our Terms.
14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
Exception for digital content
Happi Plus is digital content that is supplied immediately after purchase. Before the purchase we expressly ask for your consent that performance begins immediately, and for your acknowledgement that your right of withdrawal lapses once performance begins (Section 356(5) BGB). Without this consent the purchase does not go ahead.
How to request a refund
- Purchases via web or Windows (Paddle): Write to us at [email protected]. Refunds are processed through our payment provider Paddle.
- Purchases via the Google Play Store (Android): Refunds are handled under the Google Play refund policy. You can request the refund in your Google account or contact us and we will help.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a running subscription at any time to the end of the billing period, directly in the app under "Profile › Subscription". After cancellation, Happi Plus stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
